Your Trustavy ID: what it is and how to share it

Your Trustavy ID is a short reference code, formatted like TRU-8829XP01, that uniquely identifies your payout account. When a company wants to pay you, they enter this ID instead of your bank or wallet details.

You'll find it on your dashboard, right beside your available balance. Tap Copy to put it on your clipboard, then paste it wherever the sender asks for your payout reference.

The ID is safe to share with anyone who needs to pay you. It doesn't expose your bank account, card, or wallet — it only tells Trustavy which account an incoming deposit belongs to. You stay in control of how and when funds leave your account.

Using one ID across every sender has a practical benefit: you never have to re-share sensitive details again. Whether it's one company or ten, they all pay into the same account, and every deposit shows up in the same activity feed.

When you share your ID, double-check the characters. A single wrong letter or number means the deposit can't be matched to your account, which delays crediting until it's corrected.

If you ever need to confirm your ID, log in and look at the top of your dashboard. It's always shown there, and it never changes.
