Keeping your payouts secure

Security at Trustavy works on two sides: what the platform does, and what you do. Together they keep your payouts safe.

On the platform side, every deposit is reviewed before it credits your balance, and every withdrawal passes an approval queue before any money moves. Balance changes are written to an audit trail, so there's always a record of what happened and when. If a discrepancy is spotted, the account is paused for review rather than letting a questionable movement through.

Access to your account is protected by email verification. When you sign in or reset your password, we send a one-time code to your email — a code that expires and can only be used once.

On your side, a few habits go a long way. Use a strong, unique password and don't reuse it elsewhere. Only enter your credentials on the official Trustavy site. And be cautious of anyone who contacts you claiming to be support and asks for your password or a verification code — we will never ask for those.

Your Trustavy ID is safe to share, because it only identifies your account for incoming deposits. Your password and verification codes are not — treat those like the keys to your account, because that's exactly what they are.

If something looks off in your activity — a deposit or withdrawal you don't recognize — reach out through the support channels in the app. Because every movement is logged, it's straightforward to review.
