How to withdraw your funds

Once your available balance is greater than zero, you can request a withdrawal at any time. Trustavy supports several methods, so you can choose whatever is most convenient: bank transfer (including Chime and other banks), Zelle, Cash App, or crypto.

To start, open your dashboard and select Request Withdrawal. Pick your method, enter the destination details, and the amount you'd like to withdraw. You can withdraw any amount up to your available balance.

For a bank transfer, you'll enter the account holder name, bank name, account and routing numbers, and country. For Zelle, the email or phone tied to your Zelle. For Cash App, your $cashtag. For crypto, the network and wallet address. Take a moment to check these — payouts follow the details you provide.

After you submit, the amount moves from your available balance into pending, and the request enters the review queue. This is deliberate: withdrawals are checked before money moves, which protects you and keeps the ledger accurate.

You can follow the status on your dashboard and in your history. A request moves from pending review, to approved, and finally to sent once the payout is on its way. You'll be notified as the status changes.

If a request can't be completed for any reason, the amount returns to your available balance so you can try again. Nothing is lost in the process.

A quick tip: make sure the destination can actually receive the method you chose. A crypto withdrawal needs a wallet on the matching network, and a Zelle payout needs Zelle enabled on the receiving side.
